Organizational Structure
Credit unions are unique financial institutions. Being a
not-for-profit financial cooperative, the credit union is
governed by a volunteer board of directors. Your credit union
is governed by a nine member volunteer board of directors.
Annually three directors are elected by the membership for three year terms..

The supervisory committee serves as the audit committee of
the credit union. Supervisory committee members are appointed
for three year terms by the members of the credit union. In
addition to being responsible for having an annual audit performed,
the supervisory committee serves as the members representative.
If a member has a problem that cannot be satisfactorily resolved
with the credit union’s staff, the member can contact
the supervisory committee for assistance in resolving the issue
